What information do we collect?
- For companies: the organization’s name, type, sector and location, its needs in terms of professions, numbers and skills, and the contact person’s details.
- For skilled professionals: your name, phone number, governorate and profession, a description of your experience, and any files you choose to attach, such as a CV, work photos and certificates.
- We do not ask for ID documents, health information or any documents the registration does not need.
How do we use it?
- To review your registration and classify it by profession, sector and governorate.
- To contact you when we need more information or when a suitable professional need comes up.
- To create a formatted PDF of your details that you can download.
Who can see it?
- Only the authorized MihnaLink team. Your details and files are never published on a public page or shown to the public.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not pass phone numbers or names to advertising or analytics tools.
Retention, deletion and corrections
- We keep the information for as long as we provide the service, or until you ask us to delete it.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time through the contact page.
Protecting your information
- Data and files are stored in protected systems with restricted access and regular backups.
- Registration does not mean employment and does not guarantee a job or employees.
